Installation notes

Installer: Run the .exe and follow prompts. You may see SmartScreen if the build isn’t code-signed; choose “More info → Run anyway”.

Portable: Extract the .zip anywhere you like and run GhostyEngine2D.exe. Keep the resources/ folder next to the executable.

Quickstart

  1. Open a background PNG to define world size.
  2. Draw walls with Brush or Line.
  3. Add Doors, Entry markers, and Spawn.
  4. Export mask as PNG and load into your game.
